While numerous companies from the tri-county area went to work on a commercial building fire in Radnor Township, Ladder 38 was requested along with Company 46 (Rocky Run) to cover Radnor for additional calls shortly after 12:00 PM. The companies responded to two calls in their time at the 15 house. Ladder 38 responded to a fire alarm and an elevator rescue call with confirmed entrapment on the 100 block of Lancaster Avenue. Upon arrival, a male occupant was found in good condition and freed from the car at 1:55 PM.
